Drain Cleaning
Cabling and augering for slow and stopped drains, from a single bathroom sink to a whole house backing up at the lowest fixture.

The whole list
Drains fail in a small number of ways and the right response is different for each of them. An object in the way needs a cable. A pipe wall closing up with grease or scale needs water at pressure. Roots need cutting and then a reason not to come back. A pipe that has lost its shape needs digging, and nothing you do from the cleanout will change that.
The point of separating the work out like this is that you can tell which one you have before you pick up the phone, and we can bring the right machine the first time.
Cabling and augering for slow and stopped drains, from a single bathroom sink to a whole house backing up at the lowest fixture.
High pressure water that scours the pipe wall back to full diameter, for grease, scale, sludge and fine root hair that a cable only punches a hole through.
The line from the house to the city main or the septic tank. This is the one that backs up into the lowest shower and floor drain first.
One fixture only, and everything else draining fine. Toilets, tubs, showers, bathroom and kitchen sinks, laundry standpipes.
Residential kitchen lines and small commercial grease waste. Cooled fat narrows a two inch line to the width of a pencil, and cable alone will not take it back out.
A recorded camera run down the line so you can see the actual defect, its depth and its distance from the cleanout before anyone quotes a repair.
See how we do it
Spot repairs, cleanout installation and full section replacement when the camera shows a collapse, a belly, an offset joint or failed Orangeburg.
See how we do it
Active backups, sewage on a floor, and every drain in the house stopped at once. Taken ahead of scheduled work.
See how we do it
Mechanical root cutting on lines being invaded by cedar, maple and fir. Almost always paired with a camera run and a jetting pass.
The house to tank run on rural properties. We clear the line. We do not pump tanks and we do not work on drain fields.
Perimeter drains, downspout tightlines and yard catch basins that stop moving in a Whatcom November.
Adding an accessible exterior cleanout to a house that never had one, so the next visit does not start by pulling a toilet.
